We have been learning all about pirates and the seaside. 
Royal Wedding
We have been celebrating the royal wedding.
We made crowns and decorated them with some special jewels.
We made a cake and sandwiches for our royal tea party.
We finished off our party with some delicious lollies.
St Pirans Day
We have been learning about St Pirans Day. We made pasties and had fun rolling out the pastry and adding the chopped vegetables. The onions made our eyes water.

We have been learning the story Whatever Next. We built a rocket in the classroom so we can fly to the moon and have a picnic.

Parents eve
There are still afew spaces left for parents evening on Wednesday 22nd November. To book log on throught the school website.
Book bags
We would love to start sending home books to share with your child. You can buy a book bag through Tesco or Wovina.

Post Office
We are learning about the post office next week. We would love to go and post some letters. Please can you bring in a stamped address envelope so that we can send you some post.
Diwali
We have had an exciting week learning all about Diwali. We made an Indian restaurant and pretended to cook the food. We tried some Indian food it was spicy. We listened and danced to Indian music wearing some special dancing belts that jingled lots. We also made some Diva lamps and listened to the story of Rama and Sita.
Our Police visit
We had an exciting visit from our local PCSO. They let us try out the driving seat and sit in the cage. We had great fun trying on the hats and uniform. We even took our own finger prints
. 
Things to bring to nursery
Please remember to bring a sun hat and suncream for your child.
Spare clothes as we love to play in the water.
Water bottles filled with water only, no juice please. (we have children with allergies who may accidently drink these drinks)

Come along and join in with our nursery sports day if it is not your session. please arrive at nursery for 8.50am.
